"I worked directly with Katelyn who was fast friendly and efficient. Only took about 25 min to start an auto policy for all 3 of my vehicles as well as a Life insurance policy. "Updated 7/14 They are refusing to pay for a new part my car needs from hail damage saying it could have been rock... I don't pay for full coverage insurance to have them make me pay my own auto repair bill. definitely switching my insurance after my month that is paid for is over Good pricing but the staff member I started working with had terrible communication skills. Don't tell someone you will contact them on a friday if its your day off and you're not gonna do it. By the time I finally got in contact with someone that could help me my quote magically increased about 25 dollars a month"

"I'm just going to apologize ahead of time for the entire novel. I'm about to write... 😅 First off, I want to start with saying that I am and have been incredibly impressed with the service and commitment to meeting my needs in every possible way could right out the gate from you guys ! Everyone at the office that I have spoken with is amazing and the customer service is immaculate. When I first called them I specifically spoke with Mike, and he was nothing short of a godsend. And I truly mean that. I called very upset and angry and about how my prior insurance company that I had had for over 10 years decided they were going to start randomly charging me $100 more a month just because in Colorado, there's a higher rate of uninsured drivers, and stolen vehicles. Keep in mind I have a clean driving record, never been in an accident, never had my car stolen, never miss a single payment in 10 years. NEVER ONCE. Poor had to listen to me obsessively vent for a while and the entire time was very understanding and empathetic. Not only that, he took it one step further and he was able to get me set up with renters insurance, full coverage on my car, AND life insurance for the same price I was paying for just full coverage on my car with a company I had been with for 10 years!!! AMAZING!!! Now I know everyone's going to have different needs and experiences depending on what coverage they need, but do yourself a favor and just give them a call. I'm not kidding. What harm could it do? Even if it only saves you a few dollars or hundreds of dollars (like in my case) Then you can put it to things that you actually have always wanted, like life insurance, or renters insurance, or that extra cup of coffee this week, money is money and I know that we all could use more of it. Anyway, that's my long drawn out spiel! Thank you to Mike and the entire staff at Chad Carlisle State farm office!!"
